Last update : February 2025This document outlines the terms and conditions for commissioning artwork, utilizing 3D printing services, or shopping with Kylyne's Custom Treasures (KCT). By commissioning artwork, purchasing products, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.
Description of Products and Services
Artwork:
Custom paintings are created on high-quality stretched canvas, with a specified thickness, and protected with durable varnish. Each artwork is based on a reference photo or description provided during the consultation process. If a suitable photo or description is not provided, we reserve the right to decline the commission. Every artwork includes a certificate of authenticity and a thank-you note.
3D Printing:
Custom 3D-printed products are made using premium PLA or PETG materials. Designs are tailored based on client specifications and subject to approval before production.
Elemental Dragons:
Each dragon keychain is 3D-printed and hand-painted. These are unique, collectible items representing various themes. Detailed descriptions and care instructions are provided for every purchase. These products are non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.
Digital Products:
Digital downloads, such as wallpapers or themed art, are available for immediate use. Once purchased, digital products are non-refundable.
Wearable Collection:
Wearable items, crafted in collaboration with Le Galeriste, feature artistic designs printed on high-quality apparel. Products are made-to-order, with standard production and shipping times ranging from 15–20 business days. Returns are only accepted for defective items or incorrect orders; custom orders cannot be refunded.
Custom Services:
All artistic and 3D printing services are provided on-demand and tailored to client requests. For detailed information, please refer to our Custom Services page.
Photograph Rights
If using a reference photo that you do not own, it is your responsibility to obtain the necessary permissions from the photo owner or professional photographer.
Payment Policy for custom services
A detailed estimate will be provided during the consultation process.
A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due before delivery.
If the final payment is not received within 30 days of completion notification, the artwork or product may be re-listed for sale, and the deposit will be forfeited.
In cases where the artwork is unsatisfactory and cannot be adjusted to meet expectations, no additional payment will be required, but the client will not receive the product.
Target Dates and Delivery
A target completion date will be agreed upon prior to starting the project.
Once the product is dispatched, delivery times are no longer KCT’s responsibility. Customers will receive notification upon dispatch, along with tracking information where applicable.

Copyright and Usage Rights
KCT retains the copyright for all original artwork and 3D designs. We may use images of the products for portfolios, this website, and social media, unless otherwise agreed upon during the consultation process.
Clients are prohibited from reproducing or selling copies of KCT’s artwork or designs without explicit permission.
Data Protection Policy
At Kylyne’s Custom Treasures, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information:
Collection of Information: We collect personal information necessary for processing your orders, including your name, email address, and delivery address.
Use of Information: Your personal data is used solely for:

Artwork and Product Progress
Photos of the artwork or 3D printing progress will be shared with the client for feedback and minor adjustments.
KCT may share progress images on social media unless the client requests otherwise. For commissioned gifts, images will not be shared until after the recipient has received the item.
Limitation of Liability
KCT is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as shipping carrier delays or supply shortages.
Custom-made items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
