Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days for in-stock items and 15-20 business days for custom or made-to-order items like 3D-printed collectibles and wearable art.

Shipping notifications with tracking numbers are sent via email once your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates and Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on real-time Canada Post rates. Rates vary depending on the destination, weight, and size of the package.

Customers may select from standard, expedited, or priority shipping options during checkout.

For international shipping, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Calgary by appointment only. Customers choosing this option will receive instructions after completing their order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

Within Canada: 3-15 business days (varies by shipping method).

United States: 5-15 business days.

International: 10-20 business days.
