Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for non-customized items in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Custom or made-to-order items (e.g., commissioned art, 3D-printed collectibles, wearable art) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Process
Contact Us: Email info@kylynescustomtreasures.ca with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Approval: Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo and description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
